These are our general trade terms; specific ratios, periods and prices are set in the signed contract.
Quotations are valid as written quotes stating model, spec, price and lead time with an expiry date. Verbal quotes are indicative only.
A deposit is paid by T/T to our company account — never a personal account. Balance is due after loading inspection and before B/L release.
Stock units usually ship within agreed working days after payment; refurbished or custom units have lead times stated in the contract.
Every unit ships with a 128-point inspection report, walkaround video and VIN check; third-party SGS/CIQ inspection can be arranged on request.
Default terms are FOB or CIF as agreed; we handle booking and loading, and recommend marine insurance.
Warranty on engine and key components (period per contract), wear parts excluded; 24-hour after-sales response and long-term spare parts supply.
We handle China export declaration and provide full documents; destination clearance, taxes and import permits are the buyer's responsibility, and we assist with ECTN/FERI and similar.
